Our Zoom Rooms product is a high-end video conferencing system that is very easy for customers to install, setup and use. We're building new features, plus an API, on top of the Zoom Room, and that involves writing code for a multi-threaded, real-time framework. Our team is looking to bring on a Mobile Software Engineer who is passionate in the field. In this role, you will utilize your knowledge to ensure the design and implementation adhere to company standards
Responsibilities:
Understand user requirements and deliver technical design and implementation
Collaborate with cross teams to deliver features.
Review tickets/logs and troubleshoot customer issues.
Code the full stack in C++ using OOP, design patterns, and open source libraries.
Coordinate with other teams: Build and Release, QA, Product Management
Participate in code and design reviews.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
5+yrs of professional iOS (Objective-C) / Android development experience.
3+yrs of professional C/C++ development experience.
Solid understanding of memory management (ARC) and MVC pattern.
Solid understanding of iOS/Android GUI development pro grammatically without using a storyboard.
Preferred qualifications:
Hard working and willing listen to different opinions.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
Experience with real-time collaboration application development/testing.
Debugging and performance benchmark experience on desktop and mobile.
Familiar with Google/Exchange/Office 365 calendar API will be a plus
Familiar with MDM and Apple Enterprise Development Program will be a plus
