In Growth Engineering our aim is to:

• Optimize user experience for our borrowers
• Build and iterate on products and APIs to improve on activation, conversion, retention/expansion of our business.

As a Member of the team you get to:

• Work side by side with the business to iterate quickly and meet commercial targets
• Build great user experiences for customers
• Use a range of languages and frameworks to deliver a great customer experience

We are looking for these skills...

• Good experience in fullstack  engineering exposure (E.g Ruby, Python, PHP, Javascript, React)
• Good fundamental programming skills (data structures, algorithms)
• Familiarity developing on Unix/Linux
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, BDD, TDD and/or CI
