YOUR MISSION

As a Software Engineer at MURAL, you will help grow our business by developing features that power our cutting edge visual collaboration app. The core purpose and goal of the Strategic Integrations team is to help expand capabilities for our partner platforms by designing and shipping reliable integrations that seamlessly build deeper engagement for our strategic partners and their services. 

This role will work under our Platform Pillar and report to the Engineering Manager of this team.

In this role you will:

  • Be a part of building a product, adding value to it, and having ownership over what you do and seeing it evolve
  • Ensure that integrations are designed and implemented as reusable building blocks for future integrations
  • Understand user requirements and pain points in order to be able to help solve them
  • Have a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. We strongly encourage doing pair programming and code reviews!
  • Build a culture of shipping great products
  • Work remotely with a diverse and globally distributed team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Deep understanding of Javascript/Typescript, React and it's ecosystem
  • Experience with REST API, Node.JS
  • Experience with NoSQL document-based data stores like MongoDB and designing suitable data models
  • Experience using DevOps tools – e.g. Git, CICD, Jenkins
  • You know how to collaborate with others to achieve a common goal
  • You have an excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • You have a bias for action
