Evidation Study Platform team is seeking an exceptional Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), to support and test the next generation of Study Platform Services. Our team is responsible for testing various components and services of the Study Platform. You will work closely with the Engineering and Product team to develop, script and execute sophisticated tests to verify conformance of features and their functionality implemented by Engineering against required functional specifications laid out by Product Management. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and focused individuals who have a real passion for quality engineering and have strong knowledge of product quality standards, automation and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as an integral part of engineering team that makes end to end platform solutions for healthcare discovery
• Plan, design and implement complex test automation scenarios and sophisticated tests for platform and web applications
• Design, develop and maintain test automation framework for the end to end platform 
• Ensure execution of the test suites with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems
• Own the release pipeline, track performance metrics, optimize product verification and release processes, collaborate with DevOps and other SDET engineers across teams and projects.
• Mentor / Coach more junior team members and involve in hiring critical talent for the team.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

• Passionate about automation and have experience not only using test tools and building automated tests, but designing & building custom test solutions for at least 3+ years 
• Proficient in test-driven development, developing different levels of automated tests, such as unit tests, functional tests, integration tests, performance / load test
• Experienced in Programming in at least one language (Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Skilled in QA Frameworks and Tools like Selenium, JMeter, JUnit, etc.
• Comfortable with creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments, where your contributions make a difference 
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related technical field
• Familiarity with agile software development processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to dive into technical details, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with consumer based applications
• Experience with HIPAA compliance or HITRUST certification
