The Domino Solutions Delivery team helps the world’s largest enterprises design and deploy Domino for success across clouds or in the datacenter. As part of a critical, highly technical, customer-facing team, you will deliver the Domino Data Science Platform from concept to running cluster.

As a Solutions Engineer you will design and deliver Domino using  deep experience in system administration, networking, Linux, Kubernetes and scripting. You will ensure that Domino is deployed to our customers in a way that meets their unique requirements and goals. The Domino Solutions Delivery team is focused on ensuring that each deployed Domino is built for stability, performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Domino Data Science Platform into complex enterprise architectures in the cloud and on-premises.
• Distill complex customer requirements into Domino Platform designs.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Domino technology and underlying architecture by troubleshooting and reproducing customer environments.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve the Domino Platform and tooling.
• Recognize customer needs and pain points to advocate for Domino product direction.
• Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for Domino Field Engineers and Data Scientists to support novel use and expansion of the Domino Platform.
