Zoom is looking for a key team member in the Enterprise Architecture team that will support system implementations to build the next generation Lead to Cash SAAS Platform. This position will be to focus on designing CPQ/CLM, Integrations with Subscription Billing Platform, Provisioning and other Financial systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and lead technical design sessions and prepare solution architecture, technical design, proof-of-concept, and creating development tasks 

• Guide technical team to implement SFDC CPQ, CLM, Marketing Cloud and integrations with ERP Cloud solutions like Oracle/SAP

• Oversee Order-to-cash Architecture, features and 3rd party integrations

• Design Systems to expand the GTM Routes to Market to include B2B, B2C and Channel Partners

• Architect complex solutions and work with business units to implement custom and out-of-the-box solutions around functionality, customizations, scripting, and workflows

• Be able to host presentations and trainings to professional peers

• Focus on removing any technical debt

• Apply advanced knowledge and practical experience with e-Commerce, Quoting, Billing, Taxation, Revenue Recognition and System Integration

• Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products and participates in educational opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in information systems or higher education degree

• 8+ years at Architect level in the design and implementation of eCommerce/Quoting/Billing platforms 

• 8+ years’ experience in a SaaS technology environment

• Minimum of 3 years of experience on Salesforce platform architecting solutions and CPQ implementations

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, best practices, design patterns, and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders

• Ideal candidate would also have prior experience implementing Enterprise SaaS Billing on Oracle/SAP/Zuora and has Advanced Billing Specialist Super Badge

• Held supervisory experience in managing business analysts, developers

• Knowledge of Zuora, Netsuite, Mulesoft, Data Warehouse platforms, BI and other enterprise business systems required
