About Your Role:

  • Define vision, strategy and roadmap of the org, and lead the org on delivering the vision for Growth and Retention pillar
  • Hire, inspire and retain engineers, build + maintain culture.
  • Set up team, process, metrics and milestones to deliver the roadmap
  • Identify the next level of leadership in the org (both technical and people leaders).
  • Create infrastructure to improve efficiency.
  • Hire and mentor engineer leaders.
  • Work cross functionally with several teams including engineering, product, design and go-to-market.

Who You Are:

  • Experience working in a fast-growing organization.
  • Experience leading and scaling a world-class engineering organization.
  • Experience organizing and leading distributed teams around the world.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to grow, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Deep understanding of development processes, and methodologies.
  • Expertise in modern web and mobile tech stack.
  • Experience working with several organizations and aligning goals, strategy and objectives.
  • Track record as an exceptional communicator and comfortable in presenting to both business and technical executives.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in technology organizations.
  • BS Computer Science or similar fields
