About the Role:
The VP, Enterprise Applications will lead an expanding global team of Enterprise Systems solutions, SFDC Developers, System architects, Process Managers and IT to deliver information, automation to both customers and KeepTruckin employees. This executive-level role provides a hands-on leadership opportunity for developing and leading a team responsible for delivering digital transformation at scale. This person will work as an equal partner with our Products, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams in our go-to-market strategy and business development efforts. This is a highly visible and critical role with high customer and business impact offering the chance to be innovative, to build and lead world-class technical teams, and to participate in strategic business conversations. What You'll Do:
- Create the vision and strategy for our enterprise architecture, including integration, automation, and data governance
- Partner with business and operational leaders to redesign and automate business processes to ensure all processes can scale
- Develop careers and leaders across the team using growth development plans, coaching, and mentorship, with a focus on technical and non-technical professional development
- Partner with KeepTruckin executive, sales, finance, marketing, and products teams on business strategy tied to achievement of customer outcomes
- Be seen as a technical thought leader both inside and outside the company
- Build and develop an application automation team that will improve efficiency in our business applications and also be a hub for automation across other programs and platforms
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of all business related systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM)
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing a 20+ business systems team for an organization of scale
- Demonstrated history of building world class business infrastructure
- Experience working with cross-team/matrixed organizations influencing multiple stakeholders across the organization
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise solutions that scale, perform, and create great end user experiences
- Demonstrated history of building and leading successful teams, and developing people through coaching and mentoring
- Adept at influencing business partners and creating frameworks where business users can safely and effectively create automation that delivers business results.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills with proven executive level engagement.
- Experience deploying and tested various business applications with preference to experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Geneysy, Workday, Zoura and Marketo
- Experience in program management, change management and generating buy-in at all levels
