Your Impact

  • Lead a team of seasoned engineers in developing a versatile modular platform for Chainlink.

  • Work closely with the product team to outline and plan feature roadmaps and their execution.

  • Uphold high standards within the team and mentor engineers in their professional development.

  • Engage in the hiring and onboarding process to ensure we recruit top-quality engineers who align with our culture and needs.

  • Take initiative to improve the broader engineering organization and processes that influence your team's ability to execute

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.

  • Proven experience in managing the complete engineering and delivery lifecycle of a product, with strong customer empathy and the ability to balance product direction with engineering best practices.

  • Experience with complexities of developing large, distributed systems, and operating production platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling close collaboration with both internal and external partners on a wide range of technical and business topics.

  • Demonstrated servant leadership with a natural talent for inspiring and motivating others.

  • Capability to work effectively in a globally-distributed team with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Experience in coordinating technical stakeholders and making informed product decisions.

  • Experience in the blockchain/DeFi/Web3 space.
