  • Support all GTM sales teams by bringing clients clear, innovative, and technically sound solutions that drive measurable business results.

  • Service and engage clients — negotiating and influencing senior-level leaders on matters of significance to their organizations.

  • Create, implement, and own a sales pipeline for Magnite’s ClearLine and Curator products.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the complete sales cycle and own the relationships post-contract.

  • Drive net-new revenue across highly strategic business initiatives.

  • Partner with Publishers, Mid-Market Agencies, Data Companies, and Direct Clients to unlock value through Magnite’s enterprise solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Account Management, Marketing, and other internal teams to shape product needs and ensure client success.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 6+ years of experience in programmatic, with a strong focus on CTV/Video.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with buying platforms and/or Curator technology, ideally gained at a technology company or agency.

  • Advanced understanding of how buyers curate and activate on supply, both directly and programmatically.

  • A proven track record of being solution-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to change.

  • A forward-looking mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and create new paths to growth.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
