  • Build with Renowned Investor Backing: Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) backed us since the beginning and we've raised over $65m from Scale, Neo, Greg Brockman (President at OpenAI), Phil Venables (CISO at Google), and others.
  • Thrive in a Unique Culture: You’ll join an early-stage company where you have actual influence on the trajectory of the company. We deeply care about our people and the philosophy we live by - check out our values here.
🔦 Role Description

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer you will be our technical champion throughout the sales process with our enterprise customers. You'll partner closely with GTM and technical teams across Lumos and play an instrumental role in scaling our technical go-to-market motion.

✨ Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for Lumos prospects and customers, owning all technical responsibilities required in our sales journey.
  • Architect demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and end to end solutions for our most complex customers, tying back to customer business goals at every stage.
  • Structure POCs with strong success criteria, taking full ownership of the process and ensuring we set up the POC and resulting implementation for success from the outset.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive technical and process investments that help scale our go to market teams, grow revenue and our ability to implement quickly, and support our growing customer base.
  • Own initiatives for the team that drive meaningful impact for the company
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the market Lumos is a part of and use cases it supports. Report internally on market trends, customer success stories, and common issues & complaints you are seeing.
🙌 What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise deal cycles
  • Experience working in the identity or cybersecurity industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated success managing the pre-sales process for enterprise customers that may require complex solutions
  • Fluency in APIs. Comfortability reading python or knowledge of database models is a plus
  • An empathetic and a customer-centric approach
  • Desire to work in a high growth, start-up environment where resources are still being built out or refined
