We’re hiring an Field Marketing Manager to help transfer that energy to the field and users and help us grow faster!

Hex users are passionate about our product – we get literal love letters! – and now we’re focused on how we can help tell our story to more and more people. In-person events are coming back, and our users and future users love connecting with us in real life.

This role is a critical member of our Demand Generation function, helping us create awareness and drive interest in our product through in-person and digital events. This role is a highly collaborative role and will need to partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, and Brand to succeed.


What you will do? 

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end industry events, including conferences, hands-on labs, webinars, community meetups and hackathons, all integral to our demand gen strategy
  • Monitor, measure and report on event metrics like lead-gen goals, pipeline, continuously informing stakeholders and collecting feedback to inform future events
  • Collaborate with Partner and Product Marketing, Product and Brand teams to align event messaging, presence and strategies with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and partners to drive qualified meetings and accelerate opportunities via events or related activities
  • Develop and manage promotional plans and materials, including emails, social, digital copy and sales enablement materials for pre and post-event promotions
  • Manage event overall budgets, contracts with partners and vendors, and ensure on-budget execution without compromising quality
  • Utilize event technology platforms for registration, audience engagement, and post-event analysis for our own branded events
  • Work closely with BizOps to process, route and follow up on engaged accounts and or users during and after these experiences

Who you might be?

  • 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing or event management in B2B
  • Eager to impact the business with pipeline & new sales opportunities

  • Experience using platforms like Marketo, Customer.io, SalesForce, Contentful, Luma and other related tools
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal) and relationship management skills
  • Excellent eye for details across comms, project plans, contract management
  • Understanding of new digital channels to promote events
  • SQL experience is a plus!
  • Experience in the data industry is a plus!
