The support you provide is critical to Chime’s success.

This position is full-time and located in our San Francisco office. There may be a need for occasional correspondence outside of normal hours.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $116,100 and may go up to $161,300. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Manage 3-4 VP’s calendars extensively, including organizing internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & locations.
  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer's EA to maintain continuity in the department and ensure an efficient meeting structure across all sub-functions.
  • Utilize shared calendars, project management tools, and communication platforms to enhance collaboration and maintain transparency on tasks and deadlines.
  • Coordinate domestic and international itineraries & travel, including booking flights & hotels, and ensuring that executives are well-prepared during trips.
  • Manage financial administration on behalf of the Exec team, e.g., processing receipts & invoices.
  • Conduct event planning and coordination of team onsites and events.
  • Onboard and manage vendors/consultants.
  • Communicate with internal & external parties, exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism.
  • Compile and edit briefing materials and synthesize this information into executive summaries/presentations with key business and communication insights.
  • Strive to deeply understand the Chime business priorities and work with the team to ensure that their time is organized accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chief of Staff to execute priorities & events.
  • Be involved in special or other ad-hoc projects as required, including miscellaneous tasks that may occasionally be personal in nature.
  • Exercise absolute discretion at all times.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • 5+ years of related professional experience, preferably in technology and/or financial organizations, supporting VP/Senior Director and C-level executives.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously, with the ability to maintain organization and consistency across multiple functions within the People Department.
  • A background in HR, People, Total Rewards, or Talent functions.
  • Ability to interact with senior-level executives and all levels of the organization.
  • An enthusiastic approach, eager to help wherever possible, and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure progress while being friendly, collaborative, and approachable.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and creative skills to solve problems with limited resources.
  • A proactive, self-directed nature with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care.
  • A laser focus on attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with flexibility, prioritization, and the ability to multitask.
  • Active participation in building community amongst peers and seeking ways to make Chime more efficient.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
