Finance AI Enablement Senior Manager

We are seeking a senior manager who is passionate about driving AI-powered solutions aimed at scaling our finance business processes and supporting our rapidly growing global organization. You will also provide AI service excellence by identifying business challenges and potential use cases where AI can help. You will report to the Head of Finance Enablement & AI.
You'll get to:

• Manage the entire AI project lifecycle from ideation and planning through execution and post project review.
• Conduct process and data analyses. Identify root causes and drive the implementation of AI and other solutions to improve process efficiency and boost team productivity.
• Partner closely with IT & Finance stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and requirements and deliver innovative business and technology solutions.
• Utilize our Atlassian suite of collaboration tools with project management principles and AI features to support cross-functional teams toward shared success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization.
• Shape and drive the vision for making the Finance function more lean and agile.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Finance and/or Accounting operations, process and system assessments and redesign. Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in deploying AI and data science solutions in support of business objectives.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong business partnering skills and a consultative mindset.
• Passion for program management, ability to plan, scope and monitor projects, identify risks and solve problems.
• Strong ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $137,700 - $183,600
Zone B: $123,900 - $165,200
Zone C: $114,300 - $152,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
