Tally built the first fully automated debt manager to help people overcome credit card debt and provides a completely free automated savings service, Tally Save. Tally’s vision is to automate people’s entire financial lives so they can worry about money less and do what they love more.
We’re looking for a talented and energetic Accountant to join our growing accounting and finance team. This is a strategic team and this role will be expected to interact regularly with senior management and external stakeholders. You will be reporting to the Accounting Manager, playing a pivotal role in building new business processes and managing financial reporting.
Role Impact
- Partner and collaborate with different teams, lead with empathy, and help guide external stakeholders to make strong financial decisions
- Identify and drive different parts of the business and accounting processes to evolve and scale with the business
- Own relationships with vendors, banking, and capital markets partners and be a strong representative of Tally’s culture
- Work autonomously and manage multiple projects and responsibilities across different timelines while maintaining a high expectation of quality and detail
- Perform month-end closing and financial reporting process including bank reconciliations, monthly journal entries and financial statement preparation.
- Execute Accounts Receivable function; apply payments to customer accounts in a timely and accurate fashion
In this role we value:
- Experienced with GAAP and experience in a generalist role, preferably within a Fintech company

- Familiarity leveraging Netsuite for day-to-day responsibilities
