Responsibilities
- Manage month end close procedures, including journal entry preparation and review, account reconciliations, flux analysis and financial reporting
- Oversee monthly accrual process (open PO, receipts, invoices)
- Perform monthly consolidation, currency revaluation and reconciliation
- Prepare SOX and audit ready schedules to support the 10-Q and 10-K
- Work closely with business partners (Marketing, Engineering, Facilities) to address relevant accounting matters and collaborate on projects
- Maintain chart of accounts and other accounting system information
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and processes with experience in implementing solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including exposure to publicly traded and SaaS companies
- Big 4 public accounting experience is desired (at least 3-5 years in a public accounting firm)
- Experience with software packages NetSuite, Coupa, FloQast, Leasecalcs, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
