What we are looking for:

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage and maintain multiple accounts payable inboxes
• Review and code invoices to appropriate accounts and prepare them for internal teams to approve
• Maintain and update vendor database
• Respond to internal and external billing inquiries and investigate/resolve any discrepancies
• Review/process employee travel and expense reports in accordance to corporate T&E policies
• Review corporate credit card reconciliation reports
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and tasks for month end close
• Support the Accounting/Finance team at large with ad-hoc requests and projects

Requirements:

• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other finance-related field preferred
• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable/Accounting experience, preferably in a start-up environment
• Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written
• Experience with Bill.com, Expensify, and Sage Intacct/NetSuite a plus
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail a must
