A Day in the Life

• Play a leading role in all FP&A processes such as headcount planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Take ownership of relationships with department heads and provide full end to end analytics support, including determining project scope, sourcing the data required, detailing out and creating the analysis, generating strategic recommendations and managing self and team resources needed to meet deliverables.
• Develop in-depth understanding of business metrics and database and use this to enhance existing reporting and recommend or develop new reporting views that address weaknesses in our overall processes.
• Serve as the link between finance/BI and the rest of the company. Clearly communicate business/financial goals, performance and variances on product initiatives to business stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities across finance, accounting and BI teams.
• Take a leading role in preparing materials for investment and board related projects.

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, math or related quantitative scientific field, MBA a plus
• 2-4 years of extremely strong Excel modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to have FUN while working hard; high-energy, positive attitude a must
• Strong ability to breakdown and understand financial results, and effectively handle multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and bias for action.
