Job Description:

  • Ensure all inquiries, payments & invoices are processed accurately and timely by using Accrualify.
  • Complete new vendor packets, ensuring proper W-8 and W-9 information is compiled.
  • Research and respond to inquiries- responding timely and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of Semi-monthly/bi-weekly payroll, retroactive payments, bonuses, status changes, new hires, and terminations using ADP.
  • Maintain a process to ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll data by preparing monthly reconciliations.
  • Reconcile and audit provider bills and entries as they relate to payroll and employee fringe benefits.
  • Process garnishments, unemployment reporting, time-off reporting and FMLA.
  • Ensuring consistent and accurate GL coding.
  • Handle Account payable & payroll related month-end journal entries and accounts.
  • Participate in and contribute to the financial audit process including preparation of audit schedules related to payroll & accounts payable.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience with NetSuite and ADP will be a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years accounts payable & payroll experience – Required.
  • Proficiency with G-suit & Microsoft Office (Word and Excel (pivot tables)).
  • Experience with Bill.com, Expensify & Netsuite ERP will be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and must be action and results oriented.
  • Organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large volume.
