With Bond’s rapidly growing list of prospects and customers, this exciting role will focus on helping scale our commercial functions, building out our deal desk function, working closely with our partnerships and sales teams to structure deals. You will also work closely with the team to develop various financial models and partner cross-functionally to develop scalable operational processes. In this highly visible role, you will play a crucial part in scaling the commercial functions of a rapidly growing fintech startup.

You will:

• Develop/own commercial strategies with Brand, Bank, and Technology Partnerships teams
• Partner with other Finance team members to build budget and forecast models 
• Partner cross-functionally to help Bond build other critical financial and operational processes

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or analytical roles
• Experience in a “deal desk” function
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or other quantitative field
• Extremely strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate and present complex ideas/information clearly
• Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects

Other nice-to-haves:

• Experience in the fintech industry and/or in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• MBA, Master’s degree, or professional qualification in a relevant field
