We’re a small, impactful, and quickly scaling team of product managers continuously working to improve our product and our craft. We work highly cross-functionally in partnership with our Engineering, Design, Customer Experience and Sales teams to shape the platform we support.

About the Role 

As Commissions Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration of Lattice’s sales and customer experience commission plans, management of our commission system of record, quota setting process, calculation process, and forecasting.  In this role, you will report to the Sr. Finance Manager while also collaborating with the Sales and CX management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the full-cycle process of all sales commission calculations on a monthly/quarterly basis and performs data validation
  • Administer draw, MBO, commission, bonus, SPIFF payouts and other
  • Work with stakeholders to research and resolve questions on compensation calculations and completeness
  • Manage commission system of record and document historical compensation payouts
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal,  Management to ensure that new compensation ideas can be easily managed with existing compensation systems, and are compliant with local employment laws
  • With each new quota period, participate in rolling out new plans, including plan and systems design, training, updating policies and processes
  • Support management reviews with accurate, up-to-date performance metrics from the compensation management activities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for change, process improvement, system enhancements and support strong internal controls
  • Ability to work independently on complex projects

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales compensation and commissions experience
  • Capture and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Intermediate-to-Advanced MS Excel skills
  • You are passionate about doing what’s right for the business. High energy and contagious enthusiasm. Willing to tackle the tough projects and challenges to grow the business. Governs themselves with unquestionable ethics.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented
  • Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task
  • Experience collaborating across departments, especially Finance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics), or Business degree with strong analytics experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
