Come join Unity as a Corporate Development Associate! The Corporate Development group is a small, high-impact team that works with our CEO, CFO, and leaders across the organization to identify and evaluate acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.

We’re looking for a driven, analytical, and resourceful individual to join our team and support the analysis of potential opportunities, execution of deal processes and support the successful integration of target companies.  

A successful applicant will support the team with thorough market research, data analysis, financial modeling, slide preparation and cross-functional collaboration.  Are you comfortable interacting with senior leadership both at Unity and at target companies? Then come join us on our journey!

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct industry and competitive analysis of existing and new businesses
• Be a key resource for M&A discussions including research, presentations, and financial modeling
• Drive long-term deal success by being a business partner to newly acquired teams and supporting integration into Unity
• Identify business drivers to accelerate growth. Understand internal product development efforts and tie into long-term strategy

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's with a record of outstanding academic performance in analytical fields
• prior experience with backgrounds in investment banking, consulting, venture capital/private equity, or corporate strategy preferred; other backgrounds with similar skill set/exposure will be considered
• A bias for action: capable of applying the 80/20 rule to reach insightful, actionable answers from incomplete information; avoid analysis overload or paralysis
• Big picture thinking: ability to deep dive on specific opportunities while maintaining a pulse on the overall business
• Accountable to produce high quality work on time and drive work plan for responsible areas
