About the Role:KeepTruckin has an exciting opportunity for an established Finance Leader to join our FP&A team that is leading the change in a rapidly evolving environment. This individual's overarching responsibilities are to lead FP&A activities within GTM Finance and act as the key Finance lead for projects that span across different functions. This person will focus on leveraging data to drive insight from our GTM activities across Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing as well as building and improving processes to drive sales velocity, build and improve processes to minimize customer friction and reduce inefficiencies. This role will report into the VP, FP&A and have plenty of C-level visibility. The ideal candidate should have experience with a rapidly growing SaaS business.  You will have a particular focus on becoming the subject matter expert on all GTM drivers, aiming to illuminate both tops-down and customer-level detail. You will also be a key player in evaluating strategic resource allocation, targets, and incentive compensation.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted business partner to the GTM Leadership by keeping team apprised of financial results/issues and emerging trends, provide a breadth of insight and financial decision support; create analyses, commentary and presentation materials
  • Build and develop easily consumable frameworks for translating GTM strategy into measurable financial reporting with the goal of improving target setting for revenue, margin and operating investments
  • Develop a highly accurate ARR forecasting model, forecasting drivers spanning from marketing through sales pipeline by customer segment, product and type
  • Engage with GTM teams on operationalizing strategic objectives through target setting and incentive alignment
  • Lead on-going FP&A activities for WW GTM Organization including oversight for monthly close, forecasts, analytics and reporting
  • Deliver quarterly analysis and reporting of the business' financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted
  • Influence business decisions via in-depth analysis and propose broad solutions and approaches to enable successful execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years’ directly relevant Enterprise Systems and process leadership experience - defining strategic priorities and leading critical enterprise level application implementation initiatives, ideally in a hyper-growth, tech startup.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams in cross functional programs affecting significant GTM changes.
  • Proven ability to integrate with business stakeholders to align business value to technical solutions and be their trusted technical advisor.
  • Direct management experience of a team of at least 10+ people .
  • Deep leadership experience, both strategic and technical, in implementing and scaling enterprise Salesforce.com, Netsuite, and Billing solutions.
  • Strong expertise enabling enterprise Business Intelligence, Sales Reporting, and associated efforts to drive outsized results within a rapidly scaling team. 
  • Proven experience in building diverse and inclusive technical teams as well as team culture.
  • Advanced Salesforce Technical Architect and/or Developer certification(s) helpful.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence or related field. Masters or equivalent experience preferred. 
  • High-level of emotional intelligence, and an ability to work with and influence alignment across diverse sets of internal stakeholders within a fast-moving start-up culture. 
  • An ability to understand, re-engineer, and run critical programs and processes across an entire enterprise.
  • Ability to dive deep with engineers and product managers on the topic of data.
  • Business acumen including operating plan development, resource planning and budget management including presenting to C-Level executives. 
  • Proven ability to see around corners and plan for future scaling at a rapidly growing company.
  • Experienced in document writing as a tool for continued alignment across all stakeholder teams.
