About Your Role: 

The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is an essential position with involvement in Financial Planning and Forecasting for Sendoso, including monthly/quarterly/annual/multi-year forecasts, and annual business planning. 

Who You Are:

• You are an experienced professional who is excited to be one of the early leaders in a high-growth startup’s Finance organization
• You look forward to the challenge of setting up the foundational processes required to successfully run an integrated FP&A function

Your Typical Day:

• Oversee company-wide forecasting and budget planning, constantly working on refining inputs and assumptions that improve the accuracy of model outputs
• Lead P&L-level cadences to provide relevant guidance and insights that enable our teams to monitor current progress and inform future decision-making
• Conduct financial due diligence on new business opportunities to determine what Sendoso should pursue next
• Complete ad-hoc requests for Executive leadership, including building business cases for special projects and assisting with fundraising material
• Assist in the development and usage of internal dashboards that allow our teams to monitor important KPIs / business drivers / trends

Experience:

• 8+ years experience in financial analysis, financial services, corporate accounting or public accounting
• 5+ years experience on a formal FP&A team, supporting a high-growth organization
• Management experience
• Advanced technical expertise across Excel (e.g., Power pivots, Power queries), BI tools (Tableau. Power BI), and other relevant skills (e.g., SQL, M, DAX)
