Director, Revenue Operations
About the role:
The Director of Revenue Operations (Sales) will lead change by introducing applicable best practices for operational excellence at scale. This role will be the primary business partner of the head of sales while also ensuring alignment with the rest of the business, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. The ideal candidate must be a strong leader who is able to draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Day to day focus will span between tracking historical performance, ensuring successful sales execution, and setting the organization for continued success in future quarters. Productivity, efficiency, and predictability will be core measures of success.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Be the proactive agent of growth and advisor to sales leadership
- Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
- Implement, manage and simplify core sales processes
- Evolve the sales tool tech stack to support the needs of the business
- Own all quota and capacity planning
- Manage and iterate on comp and quota design
- Ensure consistent and predictable forecasting

- Experience conceiving and implementing new compensation, territory, capacity models
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills with senior leaders
