The Director of Strategic Finance will serve as a key member of the corporate financial leadership team, with ownership of the long-term financial model, performance management, operational KPIs, and financial analytics across the organization. This position reports to the VP of FP&A. 

Responsibilities:

  • Primary ownership of reporting of the long-term financial model, including target setting, structuring, maintenance and expansion for segments, reporting, data, etc.
  • Develop corporate performance management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaborative capabilities across the organization in driving executive alignment, establishing timelines and calendars, gathering requirements and data across segments and stakeholders, creating standardized data packages and enabling insightful and action-oriented quarterly business reviews
  • Selecting, establishing, maintaining and tracking operational KPIs to enable performance management, and creating alignment with the long-term financial model
  • Ownership of total company consolidated sales and metrics reporting across business units, including establishing cross-functional metrics definitions and building / automating executive dashboards
  • Establishing priorities and vision for financial business analytics, with analyses including but not limited to product profitability, league profitability, LTV/CAC, growth investments, pricing analysis, price/volume/mix analysis, customer/product/league/merch type analysis, supply chain analysis, manufacturing analysis, new/repeat customer analysis, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with presentations to senior management, with extraordinary detail orientation and strong data visualization skills
  • Deep experience with financial modeling, data manipulation and analytics
  • Expert skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders
  • 10+ years of finance management experience with progressively increasing responsibilities; public, multinational company experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
