The Team –- Partner Success 

The Partner Success team exists to help our enterprise partnerships reach outsized success. This group is comprised of teams passionate about Relationship Management, Advisor Practice Management, Branch Distribution, and Marketing. Partner Success teams spend their time and energy working closely together to unlock best practices in bringing SigFig solutions to our partners’ customers. Success is measured by our partners’ ability to acquire new digital investment advice customers and grow assets under management (AUM). Partner Success generates important findings from engaging with bankers and advisors which help shape SigFig’s overall product roadmap.

Within Partner Success, the Wealth Management team supports SigFig’s advisor-led digital advice programs across both phone and field advisor distribution channels. This team is passionate about engaging with home and regional office leadership to provide resources that develop and maintain meaningful advisor engagement activities. They ensure that impactful practice management routines and sales and services processes are used to deliver advisor-led digital advice solutions to our partners’ client base. Success is measured by the ability of our wealth management partners to drive AUM through their financial advisor networks.

The Opportunity -- Director of Wealth Management

As Director of Wealth Management, you will serve as SigFig’s subject matter expert related to financial advisor practice management. You will partner with key senior stakeholders at our Wealth Management partners, influencing the strategy and direction of their advisor business. You will anticipate the future state of the industry and help guide our partner executives in making decisions that drive sustainable results. Reporting to SigFig’s Head of Revenue, you will also provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to a team of Advisor Consultants. Partnering with regional and home office leadership, Advisor Consultants are responsible for generating repeatable and scalable best practices in driving advisor-led digital advice conversion. Given your knowledge and connections within the Wealth Management industry, you will also be called upon to support SigFig’s Enterprise Sales team in acquiring new Wealth Management partners. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Build: develop repeatable advisor practice management routines and sales and service processes
  • Collaborate: you will partner with senior executives and home and regional office leaders
  • Lead: you will provide ongoing leadership and mentorship to the team of Advisor Consultants
  • Execute: you will unlock advisor growth practices that generate AUM
  • Influence: you will shape the thinking and strategy of advisor activation at wealth management partners

Ideal SigFigian for this Role

  • 15+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • 5+ years of experience working closely with financial advisory field leadership - advisors and/or partners
  • Willing to accommodate travel to branch offices, conferences, and partner meetings regularly (30%)
