Title:  Strategic Finance and Business Operations Associate
Location:  Remote within the USA 


We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance and Business Operations Associate to support our high growth business and be a force multiplier for our distributed teams. 

As an early member of the Strategic Finance & Business Operations team, you will work closely with our VP of Finance & Operations and key stakeholders to drive ROI-driven decision making. 

This is a high impact role that requires a general athlete who can build rapport and earn trust cross-functionally and across our distributed team. On a typical day, you will... 

  • Monitor and analyze the financial trajectory of the business and drive monthly reporting and forecasting
  • Provide real-time visibility into KPIs for our business and identify opportunities to improve our GTM motion
  • Be a thought partner to key decision makers across the company to help drive strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Provide decision support through scenario modeling and ad-hoc analysis
  • Prepare analyses and materials to communicate business performance and trends to the executive team, board members, and investors
  • Help drive process improvements and tool implementation in Finance & Operations department


About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3- 4 years of experience in high growth SaaS tech companies or comparable role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Understanding of the key drivers of a B2B SaaS business
  • Preferred experience with reporting and analytics tools: Looker, Excel, Salesforce and SQL
  • Preferred experience with ERP solutions (e.g. Quickbooks, NetSuite, Workday, etc.)
  • Preferred experience with financial planning tools (e.g. Adaptive, Planful, Anaplan, etc.)
  • Preferred experience in strategy consulting or finance
