GRAIL is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst who will play a key role in the GRAIL Finance organization. FP&A supports the Company mission to detect cancer early, when it can be cured, by providing financial and operational insights to promote decision-making and accomplishment of Corporate goals.
The FP&A Analyst is responsible for financial, analytical and budget support, and for providing financial and operational thought leadership and fiscal accountability. We are looking for a financial professional who is a strong business partner and who has experience in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Associate Director, FP&A.
You Will:
- Support financial planning and tracking of operating expenses, headcount reporting, supporting the monthly close and accrual process, and annual budgeting.
- Improve upon and help maintain the company’s budgeting and forecasting tools and processes.
- Engage with business partners to provide strong financial reporting and oversight for business decision support.
- Prepare executive presentations for budget, forecast and business analysis.
- Provide day-to-day treasury analysis and support.
- Other Ad-hoc projects.
Your Background Should Include:
- 2+ years’ experience in Finance or Business Analysis.
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Business related.
- Experience in Diagnostic or Life Science industries preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating and working on a team.
- Detail oriented with strong business and analytical skills.
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to project manage and see projects through to completion.
