FP&A Manager

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Controller, the FP&A Manager will manage the company’s annual and long-range financial planning, annual budget and monthly forecast processes and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain/redesign financial modeling (revenue, budget and forecast), analysis and decision support for key initiatives and incorporate into the financial plan
- Prepare weekly revenue forecasts, monthly cost of sales, operating expense, headcount and capital expenditures forecast
- Prepare and analyze financial performance against key business metrics; document pertinent financial highlights and identify actions required for teams to meet targets
- Perform in-depth financial analysis for trends in revenues, costs, pricing and profitability.
- Provide thoughtful and insightful monthly variance analysis actual to budget and forecasts
- Prepare monthly business review package for monthly leadership meeting
- Calculate monthly commission and quarterly bonus, prepare and send statements to incentive recipients
- Work closely with the accounting, sales, operations and other departments to identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement across the organization
- Build strong relationships across functions and maintain an open flow of communication, to build a deep knowledge of the business
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or economics
- MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance or 3+ years of industry experience
Skills:
- Very strong financial modeling, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Result oriented with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- NetSuite experience preferred
