Our headquarters are located in downtown San Francisco, where our group of cross-functional specialists assemble to build experiences for Crunchyroll and VRV’s passionate communities.
About the Team and the Role
Crunchyroll’s Finance Organization consists of Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Business Intelligence team members based in San Francisco, USA, with remote teams in Tokyo, Japan and Chisinau, Moldova. The FP&A group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the daily financial management of Crunchyroll business interests.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual who is highly analytical, stresses about the details, and is eager to build and improve processes. This role is a key partner with business functions, accounting and business intelligence teams. Key Responsibilities
- Perform actuals vs. budget variance analysis.
- Perform global pricing analysis and support recurring reviews.
- Perform Revenue and OPEX analysis.
- Support the monthly reporting requirements for corporate.
- Build and maintain recurring reporting to evaluate the performance of our business.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models.
- Develop and maintain KPI's, metrics, and dashboard reports.
- Assist in developing monthly forecasts, annual budgets and long-range plans.
- Assist the Finance team with ad-hoc projects, analysis and reporting.
- Assist the Business teams with ad-hoc projects, analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal partners to review financial performance of our business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in corporate FP&A role in which complex financial analysis is performed.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience using NetSuite, Anaplan, or other enterprise software.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple concurrent projects.
