Our Global Sales teams leverage world class, award winning creative capabilities developed by Vungle's in house Creative Labs team, a true data advantage utilizing Algolift by Vungle’s market leading recommendation technology, scale only rivaled by the titans of the industry, and a track record of delivering results since the inception of the in-app advertising market to drive the growth of our customer’s businesses.

Reporting to the CEO, the Global Vice President of Revenue is a seasoned, Silicon Valley based Business Executive responsible for strategic thinking, ingenuity, and innovation to develop commercial and partnership strategies that will win in a competitive global market. This is a highly influential role combining strategic planning, business development, internal communications, and cross-functional initiatives. This leader will inherit a sizable organization distributed across 8 offices in North America, EMEA and APAC, with responsibilities across User Acquisition, Monetization, Operations and Analytics. The Global Vice President of Revenue will directly manage a group of seasoned Directors globally, guiding the overall growth and development of the team, as well as a revenue base commensurate with a Pre-IPO tech organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of our overall sales strategies with the CEO, executive team and board of directors.
  • Empower global sales teams; recruit, lead and develop future leaders while providing mentorship, feedback & guidance.
  • Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting.
  • Drive team to build Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly business snapshots for strategic clients.
  • Manage long partnerships cycles, to develop relationships that ultimately lead to the formation of technology and product alliances with strategic partners.
  • Set go-to-market media planning strategy and tactically implement smarter, more proactive packaging of assets to drive greater revenue.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents.
  • Be a dynamic voice and an evangelist of the platform in the marketplace. Deliver thought leadership and participate in internal and external events, global conferences to attract and bring awareness with potential demand and product partners. 
  • Keep a pulse on the changing industry and feed that knowledge to internal stakeholders to bolster opportunities that will grow the business through product innovation and identified customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of sales experience with minimum 10+ years in management, international leadership experience preferred
  • AdTech and/or MarTech industry experience preferred 
  • Magnetic ability to recruit and retain top sales staff as well as develop seasoned and incoming team members to sustain industry leading team
  • Selling from the front -- a strong track record of excellence in sales and working with complex deals and clients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - work and communicate effectively with key internal and external decision makers from different industry backgrounds throughout the globe; understand nuances of different markets around the world; understand the trends; and understand the customers.
  • Experience speaking at external events, conferences and summits a plus

Our office is located at the beautiful Levi’s Plaza in San Francisco, near North Beach and Chinatown, with great views of the Bay Bridge.
