Job Description
Go To Market Pricing Strategy Director
ServiceNow is changing the way people work. With a service-orientation toward the activities, tasks and processes that make up day-to-day work life, we help the modern enterprise operate faster and be more scalable than ever before. The VP of Monetization and Pricing Strategy at ServiceNow is looking for a leader to run GTM discount strategy and guidance, helping sales, partners and customers get to the right price faster.
Responsibilities:
- Drive pricing and discounting strategy and guidance for Geos, Products, Services and Routes to Market to bridge pricing strategy and GTM execution, driving deal quality as well as deal velocity improvements
- Drive a closed loop pricing feedback process to maintain tight BU and Sales alignment for execution success and continuous improvement in price realization
- Transform key insights into actionable recommendations and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
- Drive change management across sales, partner and business units to drive and maintain discount guidance adoption
- Provide thought leadership on digital capability improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology industry across strategic planning and field operations, pricing, and/or product operations with 4+ years of experience in pricing, Enterprise Licensing Agreements, deal structuring or negotiation
- Experience structuring and guiding analysis and extracting insights to inform decisions
- Strong understanding of value-based pricing theories and analytical methodologies
- Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines
- MBA degree strongly preferred

Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.
Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
