You will:

• Build, manage, and own Bond’s capital markets strategy that fits with Bond’s credit and lending product lines.
• Responsible for daily operating relationships with our capital markets providers, including our warehouse lines and permanent funding providers such as answering questions to loan buyers, providing periodic reporting, and discussing new product offerings.
• Create processes across Bond, our banking partners, our capital markets partners providers run efficiently with minimal errors. 
• Assist in other functions across the organization, such as pitching to customers and banking partners, evaluating technology providers, and investor meetings.
• Collaborate with rating agencies to determine ways to improve the lending products, as well as optimize for securitization execution
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Partnerships and Finance teams to ensure cross-collaboration to drive capital market strategies successfully.

You have:

• 10+ years in capital markets with at least 5+ years of experience in fintech
• Knowledge of the capital markets landscape, with a strong network in the funding sources
• Ability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced and environment in an organized manner
• Demonstrated strength and success in sales and negotiations
• Data driven approach and strong analytical skills
• Low ego; willingness to do whatever it takes to win
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Operations Management or a related
•  

You also likely have:

• Securitization and bridge loan financing
• Knowledge of different asset classes such as mortgage, ABS
• Experience at a fintech
• MBA a plus
