About the Role

We’re looking for an innovative and analytical Head of Crypto Lending to join our growing team to lead and scale Figure’s crypto lending products.  As a Figure’s Head of Crypto Lending, you will build and own the next generation of consumer financial services products in a high velocity, high performance environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own the development and scaling of multiple products in our crypto lending portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Data Science, and Design to drive the execution of our crypto lending strategy 
• Develop objectives and key results (OKRs) to build define the business strategy and plan, value proposition, and product roadmaps that take products from conception through launch and expansion
• Take a data-driven approach to optimizing lending application flows, from the customer experience to the tech, and drive vendor exploration and flow enhancements to maximize customer conversion
• Optimize returns for custody lending clients and the sources and uses of the sources and uses of the collateral
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across traditional and crypto financing counterparties and clients.
• Work to develop the financing trading product including technology, legal, credit, operational and control functions
• Creatively problem solve issues using traditional finance experience and crypto innovation to deliver an enhanced client experience.

What We Look For

• You're a lending and markets expert. You've managed a lending desk or been a professional trader at a hedge fund, bank, or other financial institution. You have been an active market participant in crypto markets.
• You're plugged into cryptocurrency markets and are familiar with the key entities in the ecosystem including market makers, hedge funds, liquidity providers and OTC desks.
• Demonstrated experience effectively communicating and driving alignment with senior and executive-level leadership 
• 8+ years of consulting, program or product management in the digital consumer lending space.
• BA/BS or equivalent combination of experience and/or education
• Proven track record of building scalable products from scratch 
• Data driven approach with strong analytical abilities
• Proven success communicating cross functionally and building solid long term business relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
