About the Role:
The Head of FP&A will manage Wing’s resource allocation, short and long term financial projections, business analysis and required returns on investments. You will play a strategic role in Wing, interfacing with cross functional leads, Wing leadership as well as Alphabet Finance leadership. You’re a good fit for this position if you provide FP&A leadership, top tier business analysis, drive data based decisions and can work well cross functionally.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of budgeting and forecasting for Wing, including creating annual plan and updating financial projections monthly
- Approve all spend and contracts for Wing; determine and hold teams accountable to spend thresholds to ensure efficient allocation of resources across team
- Establish success metrics and milestones for partnerships/deals; determine appropriate capital allocation and budgeting
- Build and maintain 5-yr plan, including leading plan alignment meetings with Corp Dev, M&A Finance, Alphabet leadership, and the Wing board
- Regularly update Wing leadership on the state of Wing’s business, including key operational and technical metrics
- Own all executive-level Wing reporting, including financial, operational, safety, technical, policy / regulatory, and other parts of the company
- Review, analysis, and reporting of all corporate cost centers
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 9 years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience
- Experience working with analytical, quantitative, and relational database platforms
