Nextdoor is looking for a Head of Pricing and Packaging who will lead a critical part of our revenue strategy. As Nextdoor grows and serves more advertising partners this person will be critical in optimizing the company’s long-term revenue potential and evaluating appropriate tradeoffs across product pricing, member engagement and satisfaction, and advertiser performance. This person will work cross-functionally with marketing, product and revenue teams and will help influence the product roadmap. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current and potential products and develop proposed packages available by channel/vertical and develop ongoing pricing optimization
• Model trade offs across stakeholders (members, SMBs, Enterprises and other organizations) to optimize long term revenue potential
• Evaluate additional potential revenue generating products and assess their TAM and inform the GTM pricing/packaging plan
• Collaborate with marketing, product and revenue teams to help inform prioritization and product opportunities

Qualifications:

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills including strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Proficiency in, or willingness to learn Tableau
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a pricing optimization capacity
• Management consulting experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Passion for building community and interfacing with Government agencies
