The Finance team at Domino embodies a novel approach to people, processes, and technology. We’ve done away with the “old way” of doing things. Excel is great, but we have built an enterprise-grade financial system stack that gives us the freedom to work that matters most paired with the flexibility to do it best. What your impact will be

You will play a critical role that combines strategy, finance and analytics to support Domino leaders in making informed business decisions.

You will be a close partner to the CFO in supporting initiatives from the executive team, as well as preparation and sharing of financial information with key external partners (Board and Investors).

• Technology Savvy - Ability to utilize an array of technology tools to perform our duties in a more efficient and high-quality manner. Familiarity with multiple business planning and analytics tools, with the willingness and ability to build competence in the various tools and platforms used in our finance data stack.

Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience; a mix of strategic  finance/FP&A at a high-growth technology company and investment banking, private equity, venture capital or Big 4 audit/advisory work.

• Experience leading or partnering closely with other finance functions including analytics, strategic sourcing, sales compensation planning, and deal desk.

• Extensive experience working cross functionally with other senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.

• Prior experience building and leading high-performing finance teams.

• Fluent in data-driven decision making, sophisticated financial modeling, return on investment and scenario analysis, and competitive assessments with the ability to distill complex business information in a consumable way.

• Possess the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment with competing deadlines, and re-prioritize demands as events change.

• Build and own the long-term and short-term financial and headcount planning and forecasting process; developing appropriate, yet ambitious goals in partnership with the senior leadership team.

• Experience with Anaplan or another connected-planning platform.

• Oversee data flows and development of integrations between our internal systems (Netsuite,ADP, SFDC, Bamboo HR, Greenhouse, AWS) to Anaplan to ensure data is timely and accurate

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA or CFA preferred
