THE ROLE

Your primary goal in the first twelve months is to work closely with the investor operations team to assist in building a well-balanced portfolio of Point options. 

You will facilitate the process of selling assets to Point investors which includes allocating assets across investors, fund tracking, and reporting. Through this work, you will support the sales team, underwriting team, and management team to hit the company’s monthly funding goals. 

Beyond the day to day, you will work to onboard new investors, and expand existing relationships. This includes investor due diligence, working cross-functionally within the organization, and improving current procedures. 

You will work closely with all domains and teams within the Point organization. You will contribute as an early member of the investor operations team and build for growth. 

YOU HAVE

• 1-3 years of investment banking, private equity, mortgage-backed securities, or similar related experience. Investor relations at a fintech company is a plus. 
• Expert proficiency in Excel
• Strong data organization skills
• Default towards data-driven decision making, backed by analysis
• Excited to track investor performance across multiple portfolios
• Strong desire to provide a positive experience to investors while keeping the customer front of mind
• Ability to see value where others may not and can clearly articulate that value
• You are analytical and smart about process improvement
• You think like an owner and are focused on future growth
• Bonus points for:
• Fintech experience
• Real estate, mortgage, or lending experience
• SQL proficiency
• Consulting experience

Family Friendly

Point will top off California PFL earnings to full salary for up to eight weeks, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of CA PFL. An employee can take reasonable vacation time in addition to the California PFL leave.

Work From Home Stipends

With employees working remote through September 7, 2021, Point will provide employees a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and a $50 monthly internet stipend. In addition, we will reimburse up to $150 to help you purchase supplies for your home office.
