Senior Product Manager, Finance Technology

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of building services and interfaces in the Finance & Accounting Technology domains. With innovation and agility as our core, we are constantly looking to optimize the systems and processes that drive Atlassian from Payroll, Procure to Pay, Invoice to cash, Talent Management and Recruiting. In this role, you will establish a winning partnership with the financial leadership team in driving alignment on roadmaps and identifying critical priorities for the business. You will be involved in various aspects of identifying, crafting and adopting industry leading best practices in such a way that such solutions are built to scale with our growing business.
Responsibilities

You are constantly assessing system functionality vs. evolving business capability needs and requirements; is a good liaison with business partners, finance and other cross-functional partners to ensure future-proof process design, data integrity and security standards.
We'd love for you to have:
- 10+ years of combined experience driving major finance and accounting transformations for a Global organization with a focus on compliance and security standards.
- At least 2 full lifecycle Cloud/SaaS implementation experience of Core Financials and/or ERP modules that include the invoicing and revenue management domains.
- A deep domain expertise in the Invoice to Cash, and/or Record to Report tracks with a good understanding of the front office commerce experience and platform.
- 4+ years of experience in a product management role, in an agile environment designing and delivering world-class platform products with a focus on Invoicing, Cash Collections, Credits & Revenue Management.
- A detail oriented analytical approach, yet be able to synthesize information to provide relevant data points for effective decision making.
- Demonstrated abilities to draw out requirements from finance and accounting teams and translate them into tangible user stories for delivery.
- Experience building and owning roadmaps for the Invoice to Cash product space in close partnership with Finance & Accounting as well as IT Enterprise and Solution architecture teams.
- A proven understanding of SaaS / subscription management processes and the technology trends around this arena.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities to senior leaders in the organization.
