The Sales Operations team works as a global strategic task force across various organizations within Algolia, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our high-visibility team in our San Francisco office. Do you have a knack for problem-solving? Are you a quick and tactical thinker? YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
- Partner and serve as main point of contact/operational support for cross-functional teams and the sales organization
- Own first-line support for our field team representative and provide guidance on deal desk procedures, tools and account ownership
- Help manage our database - uploading and transferring leads, performing data fixes, monitoring and advocating data integrity, process adoption and consistency
- Assist in sales training and enablement for tool adoption and sales processes
- Aid in tool vetting, implementation, and upkeep
- Build and present content on KPIs and business metrics across the Sales organization
YOU MJIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor degree required; Preference for applicants with technical and analytical backgrounds
- Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Extreme attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Effective working both independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred) and Excel
- Analytical proficiency and the ability to build and navigate models in Excel
- Strong presentation and communications skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in BI tools (Looker) and SQL
- Experience in the SaaS industry
