Senior Accountant

Quantcast is seeking a hardworking and detail oriented Senior Accountant for our premier Accounting Department in San Francisco. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Review of monthly reporting and journals prepared by our outsourcing partners
- Take the lead in handling the accounting for share-based compensation and our annual bonus incentive program
- Handle key deliverables to provide to the Company's 409a valuation specialists
- Prepare key drivers for cash flow and operational forecasts
- Play an essential role in our process for capitalizing internally developed software
- Chip in on our key reporting deliverables
- Review and assist our outsourcing partner with routine account reconciliations and maintain related support files for general ledger accounts as assigned
- Assist with the preparation of our interim and annual audits and preparation of financial statements and disclosures
- Analytical review procedures such as monthly flux analysis, budget vs actual analysis etc.
- Perform ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements Include:
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Business Administration, or related)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong Excel analytical skills (i.e. pivot tables, SUMIFs & vlookups at minimum)
- Ability to consistently provide accurate deliverables on-time with minimal supervision
- Sensitive to deadlines and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Consistent track record of your accuracy and dedication to work quality
- Previous Oracle r12, Oracle Hyperion, Tableau & Concur experience preferred but not required
