  • Manage any new client or partner enrollments in order to promptly submit claims or invoices
  • Communicate cross-functionally with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure we are able to bill our new clients, and escalate any claim issues when needed
  • Work cross-functionally with the Product/Engineering team to help automate billing processes
  • Act as the intermediary between the Commercial team and the Internal tooling team for any billing and reimbursement-specific requirements and troubleshooting required
  • Develop Revenue Cycle-specific policies in regards to: payer follow-up, write-offs, rejected claims, etc.
  • Project manage the entire Revenue Cycle function in regards to setting up new payment structures as we expand our program offerings
  • Build team accountability around following up on unpaid claims on a regular basis
