Senior Collections Associate
OVERVIEW
We are looking to bring on an experienced collections professional to join and help to continue to build our in house collections team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic environment working with many cross functional teams to reach data driven goals.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Manage high volume portfolio of strategic accounts
- Research and resolve account discrepancies
- Ability to conduct high-level account reconciliation
- Responsible for maintaining and updating account record
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications – promise of payments, payment arrangements etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment or invoicing discrepancies
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years of B2B collections experience
- Understanding of the order to cash process
- Strong communication skills both verbal/written
- Ability to establish relationships with internal and external customers
- Experience with Oracle is a plus
- Effectively works independently and as a team
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability and willingness to handle multiple tasks under a tight deadline in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
