Senior Finance Manager, FP&A
You’ll join our FP&A team reporting to our VP, Finance to help support the AdRoll BU leadership. You will lead a team of analysts to craft a meaningful finance agenda with the BU leadership, as well as support the exciting BU transition from a Media-led to a SaaS-led revenue model.
The AdRoll BU is our largest BU that includes a global team focussed on providing scaled Martech solutions to leading DTC marketers & a long tail of B2C advertisers. As a key member of the FP&A team, you will also get the opportunity to work alongside senior management in Finance on a number of key initiatives, including those of a cross-functional and strategic nature to help drive revenue growth & scaling. In addition, you’ll also get the chance to help create global best practices and scope and assess FP&A systems and related tools.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting a global organization with exposure to both Media & SaaS business models. He/She will be a strong communicator, able to build trusting relationships with senior business leaders. They are expected to possess strong presentation, analytical, and modeling skills.

The impact you’ll make:
- Be a strong voice around the leadership table for the BU, supporting the exec leadership within AdRoll across Sales, Product, Marketing & Operations
- Lead BU financial planning and analysis including Annual planning, managing monthly close processes & budget tracking, revise Revenue guidance based on driver assessment on a monthly basis & focus on the BU Contribution Margin
- Support and drive processes for long term strategic planning, annual operating. plan, quarterly business reviews and monthly close and forecasts
- Partner with the BU leadership & senior Finance leadership to drive initiatives and optimize financial performance
- Track key metrics and effectively communicate financial information to key business partners
- Help establish, track & manage key departmental budgets in Anaplan
- Ad hoc projects, analysis and financial modeling to support key business decisions
Skills you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, mathematics or other highly quantitative field.
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience. 3-5 years management experience.
- Strong team management experience & ability to guide other more junior analysts
- Anaplan experience preferred but not required (Anaplan used for all FP&A)
- AdTech, Media, Marketing, or SaaS industry background preferred
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills a must (think Pivot Tables, lookups and macros)
- Aptitude for financial modeling as well as data analysis & reporting tools including planning systems, reporting applications, and business intelligence software applications
- Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative a must
