We are looking for a finance professional to join our growing FP&A team as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the Cloud, AI / Data and Security teams. In this role you will have the opportunity to support, inform and influence financial, operational and strategic decisions that will have a real impact on the business. The role is a high-visibility role that will require strong working relationships across the company at all levels of the organization. You will interact with senior leadership across Unity and work closely with the global Cloud & Data teams. This position reports a FP&A Manager.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for monthly reporting requirements, including accruals, budget vs. actual analysis, headcount analysis, identification of risks and opportunities
• Build, update and manage the team’s operating models to accurately predict business performance
• Work cross functionally to ensure accurate reporting on all financial metrics and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management on budget / forecast submissions and own inputs into our forecasting tool across the entire P&L (revenue, COGs, headcount, opex)
• Help implement processes to support company growth and drive FP&A efficiencies
• Drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to influence decision making by drawing out clear and valuable insights
• Develop constructive, collaborative relationships with business partners. Be the trusted business advisor and excellent business partner
• Perform ad-hoc projects and financial analysis to support senior management and business decisions.

 Requirements

• Relevant experience in an analytical role (e.g. financial planning & analysis, investment banking, consulting, etc.)
• Possess superior modeling skills and can present complex financial information in an easy to understand format
• Proficient in Excel, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides), and common data analytics tools 
• Experience meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing workload independently, comfortable influencing cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to work independently, build strong relationships, influence business partners, and effectively interact with others.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial concepts

Bonus points

• MBA, other relevant advanced degree or CFA
• Background in the gaming, internet or high growth technology industry
• Experience managing a global business and forecasting revenue, COGs, headcount and expenses
• Relevant experience in investment banking or consulting
• Experience in Adaptive Planning and/or Workday
• Experience with SQL/comfort working with large data sets and creating data visualizations
