We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance for Revenue, you will be responsible for preparing regular reporting and analysis, understanding drivers in our rapidly growing subscription business, building long term forecasts and models, and partnering with cross functional teams to drive new revenue initiatives. In this highly visible role you will work with senior leaders across data sciences, product, engineering and operations to make a direct impact on revenue reporting and strategy. What you'll be doing

• Analyze key revenue drivers, including by product, by geography, and by cohort
• Forecast and model subscriber growth and retention
• Build and maintain the long term revenue and subscriber model
• Identify areas to drive growth opportunities
• Build partnerships with data sciences, product, engineering and operational teams to define revenue strategy
• Lead the identification and buildout of key KPIs and dashboards to track subscriber and revenue health
• Share revenue financial insights with executives across the company
• Improve our processes and create new ones by using thoughtful analysis, best practices, standardization and automation to scale with company growth

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or financial planning 
• Excellent Excel (can perform complex functions) and modeling skills
• Very high attention to detail and accuracy
• Interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to summarize data
• Strong appreciation and focus on data-driven decision making
• Ability to be successful under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
