We’re looking for a newly created Strategic Finance Manager role to support our growing FP&A team. In this highly visible role, you’ll be a strategic partner to the GTM leadership teams to ensure the financial, strategic, and operational objectives are met. You will lead the financial review, forecast/budgeting, and decision support for the GTM organization. You’ll design financial models to predict future performance, perform scenario analyses, and guide the business on strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with GTM leaders, Sales Ops, and CS Ops. The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, strategic thinker, have good modeling skills, have exceptional communication and business partnering skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

As a member of the Finance Team, you’ll get to:

• Build partnership with GTM Leadership by delivering financial results, identifying issues and emerging trends, and providing a breadth of insight and financial decision support
• Develop frameworks for translating GTM strategy into measurable financial reporting with the goal of improving target setting for revenue and operating investments
• Drive insights as to how to improve GTM operationally and financially
• Design financial models to forecast bookings and measure pipeline performance
• Effective communication and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent area.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking or in GTM FP&A roles at a high growth startup/public company.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills with a strong understanding of accounting.
• Experience with financial systems – Anaplan or similar.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and to build strong working relationships.
• High attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
• Experience with Looker or Tableau is a plus.
