Senior FP&A Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst is a key contributor in the Finance organization who supports the planning tools and processes, prepares executive presentations, and is a strong business partner to various functions. We are looking for a financial professional who has financial planning and analysis experience in a fast-paced company.
You Will:
- Improve upon and maintain the company’s budgeting and forecasting tools and processes
- Engage with business partners to provide strong financial oversight for business decision support
- Work with department heads to develop and maintain rolling monthly forecasts
- Prepare executive presentations for budget, forecast, and business analysis
- Provide day-to-day treasury analysis and support
- Other Ad-hoc projects
Your Background Should Include:
- 4+ years’ experience in Finance or Business Analysis
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Business related
- Experience in Diagnostic or Life Science industries preferred
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to prioritize assignments, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
- Proven analytical and project management skills.
- Logical and critical thinking skills.
- Involvement in clinical study budget development and/or negotiation (nice-to-have)
- Experience managing a portfolio of clinical study budgets (nice-to-have)
