The Opportunity:

As the Senior Manager of FP&A, and reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be a key member of a small but influential and growing FP&A team, bringing key best practices as the Finance organization scales. Overseeing Corporate FP&A and company wide Operating Expenses, you will ensure consistent and timely consolidated reporting, Accounting and FP&A alignment, as well as own the company-wide headcount and expense planning and reporting. This position will play a critical role in making sure all of User Testing is aligned on a streamlined planning and reporting cadence, as well as ensuring accurate expense information is provided to stakeholders in a timely manner to make critical business decisions. You will be involved in the day-to-day details, but with the opportunity to create scalable processes to help create invaluable leverage within FP&A, the broader CFO organization, and UserTesting as a whole

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure FP&A alignment with the executive team and the business
• Own consolidated financial reporting to be used for CFO, Exec and Board updates
• Responsible for all Operating Expense planning and reporting, including headcount planning as well as monthly department expense variance analysis to Executives
• Ensure alignment on headcount processes and approvals with HR, recruiting and hiring managers
• Be a primary administrator for Adaptive Insights, both operating the tool day-to-day and long term improvements to the planning tool
• Assess and revamp internal FP&A processes and work closely with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely reporting

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years experience in FP&A or related field at a high-growth organization, preferably with Corporate or OPEX responsibility
• Ability to work independently, identifying and resolving issues with little oversight, and handle multiple competing priorities effectively
• Working knowledge with planning tool, Adaptive preferred, and a strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience in developing insightful Consolidated Financials and detailed expense reporting from scratch for use across all levels within the organization
• Strong problem solving and process creation skills, not only focusing on fighting fires reactively but getting process buy in and fixing issues proactively
• Creation of holistic FP&A Financial operating models to ensure alignment across all individual department models or KPIs
